Returns & Exchange Policy

At Packs of Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you love your crown.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Pro Tip: We recommend trying on your wig or extensions immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations while still within the return window.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Original Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Original Packaging

Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Protective Seal

Protective seals must be intact and unbroken

Proof of Purchase

Original receipt or order confirmation required

Important: Items that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at support@packsofhair.com or call (XXX) XXX-XXXX within 14 days of delivery

Receive Authorization

You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions via email

Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories. Include your RMA number inside the package

Ship Your Return

Send your package to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or color? We're happy to help you find your perfect match!

Different Length

Exchange for a longer or shorter length of the same product

Different Texture

Swap for a different hair texture (straight, wavy, curly, kinky, coily)

Different Color

Exchange for a different color option if available

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number and exchange request
  2. We'll check availability of your desired item
  3. Follow the same return process to send back your original item
  4. Your new item ships once we receive and inspect your return
Price Differences: If there's a price difference between items, you'll either be refunded or charged the difference.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

Partial Refunds: Items returned without original packaging, with missing tags, or showing signs of use may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Altered Products

Hair that has been cut, dyed, bleached, permed, or chemically treated

Installed Items

Wigs, extensions, or closures that have been worn or installed

Opened Hair Care Products

Shampoos, conditioners, oils, or styling products with broken seals

Sale & Clearance Items

Products marked as final sale or clearance (as noted at time of purchase)

Custom Orders

Special orders, custom colors, or personalized items

Missing Packaging

Items without original packaging, tags, or labels

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right!

Document the Issue

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery

Email us at support@packsofhair.com with your order number and photos

We'll Resolve It

We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs

Our Guarantee: Damaged or defective items are fully covered. You will not be charged for return shipping, and we'll expedite your replacement.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers within the same 14-day window. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Items must clear customs and arrive at our facility within 30 days of the return request
  • We recommend insured, trackable international shipping
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders
