Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. International orders may have different requirements.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@packsofhair.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Are your products 100% human hair?

Yes! All of our extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals are made from 100% premium human hair. We never use synthetic fibers in our hair products. Our hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair.

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

The number of bundles needed depends on the length and desired fullness:

  • 8"-14": 2-3 bundles
  • 16"-20": 3 bundles
  • 22"-28": 3-4 bundles
  • 30"+: 4+ bundles

If you're using a closure or frontal, you can typically use one less bundle.

Can I dye or color the hair?

Yes! Our 100% human hair can be colored and dyed. We recommend having it professionally colored for best results. Keep in mind that lighter colors may require bleaching, which can affect the hair's integrity. Always use quality hair products and deep condition after coloring.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care, our hair extensions and wigs can last 12-24 months or longer. Longevity depends on maintenance, frequency of use, and styling practices. We recommend washing with sulfate-free products, deep conditioning regularly, and storing properly when not in use.

What's the difference between closures and frontals?

Closures: Typically 4x4 inches, designed to close off an install. They offer less versatility in parting but are easier to maintain.

Frontals: Usually 13x4 inches, stretching from ear to ear. They provide more styling versatility with various parting options and a more natural hairline appearance.

Hair Care

How often should I wash my extensions or wig?

For extensions worn daily, wash every 1-2 weeks or as needed. For wigs, wash every 10-15 wears or when product buildup occurs. Over-washing can dry out the hair, so always follow with a deep conditioner and let it air dry when possible.

What products should I use on my hair?

Use sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners. We recommend:

  • Sulfate-free shampoo for gentle cleansing
  • Deep conditioning treatments weekly
  • Leave-in conditioner for moisture
  • Natural oils (argan, coconut, or jojoba)
  • Heat protectant before styling

Can I use heat tools on the hair?

Yes, our human hair can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep temperatures below 400°F. Excessive heat can damage the hair over time, so we recommend using lower heat settings when possible and limiting heat styling frequency.

How do I prevent tangling and shedding?

To minimize tangling and shedding:

  • Brush hair gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb
  • Braid or wrap hair before sleeping
  • Use a satin or silk pillowcase or bonnet
  • Keep hair moisturized with leave-in conditioner
  • Avoid excessive product buildup
  • Store wigs on a mannequin head or in a silk bag

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of our website. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can start shopping and track your orders!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@packsofhair.com if you need to make changes to a recent order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Hair must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair products. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you receive the wrong length, texture, or color, we'll gladly exchange it within 14 days. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
